Volunteer Sport Leader Opportunities Coming Soon! - 2015 Canada Winter Games

The Prince George 2015 Canada Winter Games will be looking for 19 passionate, experienced people to serve as key planning volunteers in the delivery of the 2015 Games.

The Sport Leader is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and staging of their respective sport competition during the sport test events and at Games time. In all matters pertaining to the field of play, the Sport Leader will ensure that the National Sporting Organization’s competition requirements are met or exceeded as expected by the Canada Games Council. This volunteer position provides an exceptional opportunity for those who are committed to delivering the best Games possible and being a part of the largest sporting event help in Prince George.

A Sport Leader is required for each of the following 2015 sports: Alpine Skiing, Archery, Gymnastics (Artistic and Trampoline), Badminton, Biathlon, Cross Country Skiing, Curling, Figure Skating, Freestyle Skiing, Hockey, Judo, Ringette, Target Shooting Snowboard, Speed Skating (Long Track and Short Track), Squash Synchronized Swimming, Table Tennis, and Wheelchair Basketball.
