With the sport wheelchairs donated through the Honda Mobility Dream Contest won by Okanagan Thunder member Art Kelz, a 4-week pilot program will be starting up in Vernon next Tuesday on November 13. Wheelchair Basketball in Vernon

6:30pm-8:00pm @ Ellison Elementary School, 2400 Fulton Rd
$5 drop in fee
Everyone aged 14 & up is welcome! No experience is necessary. Wheelchair Basketball is for people at various levels of ability including spinal cord injury, CP, spina bifida, amputees, limited mobility due to knee/hip injury, able-bodied, etc.
