On the weekend, Feb 23 and 24, a team from Seattle and a team "BC Selects" consisted of Paralympic Gold medalists Richard Peter and James Treuer and our young rising stars played against our Division 1 teams Douglas College Royals and Douglas College Lions.
Division 1 teams struggled with different play styles that Seattle and BC Selects brought but appreciated the challenges. Most of the games were pretty close and saw a few great end games including one over-time over the weekend.
Royals and Lions will be playing two more games at the BC Finals next weekend and the champions for 2012-13 season will be determined.
