NEW Pilot Program - Bridging the Gap 2.0 - LOWER MAINLAND

October 20, 2017

We have an exciting new Pilot Program Bridging the gap 2.0  that we are starting on October 27th at the Britannia Community Centre.

It is starting October 27th and will run every Friday night from 6:30-8:30pm until December 01, 2017. This pilot project is designed for everyone who wants to play wheelchair basketball in the lower mainland. Our primary focus is to enjoy the game, skill development, to meet mentors and develop wheelchair basketball coaches. At the end of the sessions we will have a game night which will include, score keepers and a referee. We are extremely excited to be offering this program and with your help we will turn it into a regular program that will give us all a place to play.

We need everyone to register for these nights as space is limited! These sessions are free but there will be a charge for the game nights. Please register early to make sure you get a spot!

BCWBS staff and coaches, Joe Higgins, Orion Ng and Nadine Barbisan will be there for these nights and if you have any questions or concerns please give us a call or send an email.
