The 2013 Junior West Regional Wheelchair Basketball Championship is taking place at the Duchess Park Senior Secondary School in Prince George, British Columbia, March 22-24, 2013.
The 3-on-3 tournament features the top junior aged athletes (born on January 1, 1991 or later) in Western Canada from the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan, who are age-eligible to participate in the 2015 Canada Winter Games in Prince George.

The Championship is co-hosted by BC Wheelchair Basketball Society and Wheelchair Basketball Canada with a suport of the 2015 Canada Winter Games . Hosting BC grant funding was received from the Province of British Columbia through the Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development, and administered by via Sport British Columbia.
