BCWBS Head Offiical Dean MacKinnon has received a Life Membership Award by BC Basketball Officials' Association (BCBOA) during their Annual General Meeting on September 29.
Dean has been a long time member and contributor of both BCBOA and BCWBS. Dean has been a head official with BCWBS organizing and mentoring our officials for a number of years.
