The 2016-2017 annual report is intended to give members and other interested stakeholders information about BC Wheelchair Basketball Societies’ (BCWBS) activities and financial performance.
Through the power of sport, the BC Wheelchair Basketball Society (BCWBS) fosters inclusive communities, brings together families, and helps people with disabilities lead active lives. BCWBS is dedicated to supporting the development, promotion, and growth of wheelchair basketball by providing quality leadership, programs, education and services for all who wish to participate, from toddlers to seniors across BC.
The growth of BCWBS and, more importantly, wheelchair basketball in the province is measured by the partnerships created with stakeholders who share the same values based on an athlete-focused environment.
