The BC Wheelchair Basketball Society (BCWBS) is a non-profit organization formed in 1983 and registered with Revenue Canada as a charity since 1985. BCWBS provides support to wheelchair basketball programs throughout British Columbia. BC-CWBL Finals Information BCWBS and Douglas College will host BC-CWBL (British Columbia - Canadian Wheelchair Basketball League) Provincial Finals on March 5- 7 at Douglas College New Westminster. BC-CWBL Division 2 teams and three Division 1 teams will compete for the Provincial Championships. BC Wheelchair Basketball Division I/II Update Regional teams have been hosting a number of Division II tournaments this season. Our November tournament in Kelowna was followed up by a tournament in Kamloops two weeks later. Four teams participated in the Kamloops tournament: the Breakers, the Cable Cars, the Okanagan Thunder, and the host team, the Bulldogs. The tournament was highlighted by some extremely competitive games and some new players participating in Division II action for the first time. The host team had many supporters in the stands.
